Rates to Best Meet Your Needs

Desert Sentinel provides three plans to determine frequency of service to best meet your needs.

• Agave – 1 check per month,
  
• Ocotillo – 2 checks per month and
  
• Saguaro – 4 checks per month.

Although we provide the same service whether we do one or four checks per month, many things can happen in a 30-day period. Therefore, we recommend at least a bi-monthly service. Monthly fees are due in full prior to the start of service. Clients who choose to prepay for 3 months of service will receive a 5% discount, for 6 months a 10% discount. Service months do not have to be consecutive but need to be in the same calendar year. Please feel free to contact me with questions.

Homes up to 3500 sq. feet

Agave – $35.00
Ocotillo – $60.00
Saguaro – $100.00

Homes 3500 – 5000 sq. feet

Agave – $45.00
Ocotillo – $80.00
Saguaro – $140.00

In addition, meeting service people, grocery shopping, etc., will bill at $30 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour with a one hour minimum charge.
